Black Bears in Vermont Event at VINS Nature Center, September 25 & 26

Quechee -  Join VINS on September 25 & 26, 2004 for an in-depth exploration of all the "Bear Facts" about Vermont Black Bears. Delve into the details of human/bear interactions and examine fur, teeth, and claws for the answer. Discover why the Black Bear is considered an umbrella species and investigate the importance of wildlife travel corridors. This weekend event is great fun for the whole family and free with admission to the VINS Nature Center which is $8 for adults and $6.50 for children. All VINS members are admitted for free. The VINS Nature Center is located just 1/4 mile west of Quechee Gorge on Rte. 4 in Quechee, Vermont.
