The 2004 BioBlitz Results

More than 120 biologists and naturalists turned out during rainy weather to find in excess of 1,430 species during the 2004 BioBlitz.

Below are the lists of what we found at the BioBlitz site, which included the Vermont Institute of Natural Science nature center in Quechee, adjoining Quechee State Park and land along the Ottauquechee River owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers. The lists include a few species new to Vermont.

Please note that the species lists are not yet final, and that all species have not yet been reported. We continue to receive data and will update the lists accordingly. Click on the taxon name for a complete list. (Lists are not necessarily in phylogenetic or taxonomic order.)
