|  August 2006 - Dolan most recently served the State of New Hampshire as budget director. Earlier in his career Dolan worked as a consultant with Accenture in Boston and deputy commissioner of Social Services in Massachusetts. His experience has spanned public- and private-sector leadership as a consultant and entrepreneur in the education-services industry. Prior to this assignment, Dolan served as a member of the VINS board of trustee's finance committee. He earned his MBA and MA from the University of Pennsylvania, MSc from the London School of Economics and his BA from Dartmouth College. His community work includes serving as a board member and treasurer for the Outreach House Assisted Living Facility, Inc. (Hanover NH) and as a member, Howe Library Corporation (Hanover NH). |   | ||||||||||||||
