What is the connection between human health and environmental health? How can we sustain both? Come join a conversation at the Quechee Library from 6:30 - 8:00pm on Thursdays starting January 12. Discussion topics include preventive medicine, eating well, household toxins, and healthy natural systems.
.
The series is based on a discussion guide/anthology, A World of Health, by the Northwest Earth Institute. The reading is about 10 pages per week. To learn about the program see "A World of Health" at www.catamountearthinstitute.org. The discussion guides will be available on loan at the library. The readings and conversations are informative, inspiring, and potentially life changing.
