LIVE BIRD PROGRAMS:
Offered daily at 11:00 am, 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm
Join us as we explore the natural world through the eyes of live raptors. Be amazed by these efficient predators in our engaging presentations featuring the VINS feathered ambassadors. Bird programs cover topics ranging from mechanics of flight, seasonal migration and avian conservation issues to the extraordinary abilities and adaptations of raptors. Through these in-depth and interactive programs, visitors gain newfound knowledge and appreciation of what it takes to survive in the wild.
Programs change seasonally to reflect different themes. If you've seen it once you've not seen it this year!
These programs will be primarily held outside in the hawk fly area. In Case of Rain these programs will be offered in the Pavilion!
